    You can choose a maximum of 10 trade specializations or categories.[Top]
  • How do I post my offers ?

    If you are not a registered member, you will need to sign up for a membership first. If you are already registered, log-in to your account.
    • Click on the 'Add Offer' link in Member's Area or on the navigation-bar on top of website (if you are not yet logged in, you will be asked to login first).
    • Select Post type and appropriate Category for your post, and then click on 'Add Post this category' and proceed.
  • How can I put a product picture in my offer ?

    After you have filled out all information about your Post, click on 'Submit' button. You will be taken to the 'Upload Picture' page. Here, you can select a product picture from your hard-drive and upload it.
    Click the 'Browse' button, then select an image file from your computer and click Upload button. [Top]

    Yes, you can change/update your profile by logging into your account.
    • Go to 'UPDATE PROFILE'.

    First, log in to you account. Click on 'MY OFFERS' link on the left-side menu under 'MEMBER AREA' section. Here you can see all the offers posted by you. Click on 'Delete' to remove your Offer from the system. [Top]

    Due to increasing spam mails and e-mail viruses, we do not present members' email. This ensures the security and privacy of our members. To contact any member, you may use the contact form provided along with the contact details of a company. [Top]
  • What should I do if product pctures do not load correctly ?

    Usually, pictures that do not load correctly represent a temporary problem and do not require any special fixes. Simply reload the page you are currently visiting and the problem should be resolved. If the issue does not resolve by itself, you might also make sure that your browser software has not become corrupt - if it has, you might try uninstalling and installing the most current version of your chosen browser software.     In order to list your company in the Online Company Directory, you need to fill-out the Registration form, and submit it. Normally, registered companies are automatically listed in our Company Directory. [Top]

    To review/change/update your company profile, log into your account. Then, click on 'UPDATE PROFILE' link in Member's area. [Top]
  • Do I need to complete all fields of business information form ?

    You need to fill in the fields marked with an asterik (*) as they are mandatory, while the other fields are optional. However, we recommend that you complete all fields in order to provide comprehensive information about your company. This helps build trust and encourages your potential clients to contact you further. [Top]
  • How do I add a new product to my Online Catalog ?

    You will need to sign up/sign in for a membership first in order to use this service.
    • Click on 'Add product' in Member Area or on the navigation bar at the top of website (if you are not yet logged in, you will be asked to log-in first).
    • Fill in the product details and submit. The product is added to your Catalog immediately.
  • How do I add pictures to my products ?

    • Once you product is successfully submitted, you will be presented with an option to upload picture for your product. Click on 'Upload Picture' button.
    • Click the 'Browse' button, then select an image file from your computer and click on 'upload'.
  • How do I edit product description and pictures ?

    First, log into your account. then, go to 'My Catalog'. Here, you can see all the products in your Catalog. Click on the 'Edit' button in front of the product you want to edit. Or Click on 'Pictures' to add or update product picture. [Top]
  • How do I delete product(s) from my Catalog ?

    Log into you account and Go to 'My Catalog'. Click on Delete in front of the product you want to remove from your Catalog. [Top]

    To change your password, you need to log into your account.
    • Click on 'CHANGE PASSWORD' link from the Member's area.
    • Type the New password and click on 'Change Password' button.
    • A confirmation message will be displyed if your password is changed successfully.
    • To confirm that your password change was successful, you may try signing in again with your new password.
  • Can I change my registered email ?

    If you need to change your registered email, you can write to us indicating your new email. We will help you cancel the current registered email and change it to the new one. [Top]

    We offer both auto-renewal and one-time payment options to suit your convenience. If you opt for auto-renewal of your membership, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time from your member's area. A 'Cancel Subscription' button is displayed along with your subscription information. You can click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button to cancel your membership automatically. If you opt for one-time payment option, you will need to write in to us to cancel your membership. [Top]
  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my Premium Membership ?

    If you choose the per month payment option, you will not be billed any further once you cancel your subscription. Your premium membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and then terminate automatically. If you choose half-yearly or yearly membership (with either auto-renewal or one-time payment), your subscription will remain active until your anniversary day, then terminate on that day. Any remaining charges will be refunded, prorated on a monthly basis, less a $9.9 administrative fee. Please note that all refunds will be credited to your Paypal account within 2 business days. You will then be able to withdraw your funds into your bank account or credit card, depending on the arrangement you have with Paypal.   • I have made the payment, but my Premium Membership is not activated yet. Why ?

    The Premium Membership is automtically activated instantly as soon as our server receives a payment confirmation notice from our payment processor. However, depending on network traffic, sometimes the notification sent by our payment processor may be delayed by a few minutes. In case, your membership is not activated automatically within 5 minutes of your payment confirmation, please write to us immediately at and we will respond back within a few hours. [Top]
